Colliers International is pleased to announce the University of St. Thomas has leased 20,000 square feet at the Vision Park Medical office building located at 121 Vision Park Boulevard in Shanandoah, Texas. The owner, Everson Developments and VP2 Partners, was represented by Lisa Hughes and Pamela Sprouse of J. Beard Real Estate Company. Beth Young, CCIM, LEED AP of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The University of St. Thomas has leased the third floor of the Vision Park Medical building and will offer their Second Degree Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

Situated in close proximity to The Woodlands hospital and medical district, the Vision Park Medical building completed its construction in the second quarter of 2019. It is a 58,000 square foot, Class A medical office with high-end finishes throughout the three-story site.
